1. US Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
At the moment, the Brigadier B3 is only available in the United States. We hope to expand the available territories in the near future.
We offer various shipping options to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within two (2) business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@brigadierb3.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.
4. Free US Return Shipping
To make the return process as easy as possible, we offer free return shipping. Once you have initiated your return, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue you a refund. We aim to process refunds within two (2) business days of receiving the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
