1. US Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • At the moment, the Brigadier B3 is only available in the United States. We hope to expand the available territories in the near future.

  • We offer various shipping options to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within two (2) business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Return Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receiving your item.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@brigadierb3.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.

4. Free US Return Shipping

  • To make the return process as easy as possible, we offer free return shipping. Once you have initiated your return, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue you a refund. We aim to process refunds within two (2) business days of receiving the return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
